My client, a boutique House builder in Essex are currently operating at 100 units per annum and are looking to appoint a Head of Technical to join their management team.
The house builder in question have expansion plans to take their unit turnover to 250 units over the next few years. This will then lead to further progression for the successful applicant as this role will eventually develop into a Directorship level position.
The region currently has 5 live sites, with 3 brand new developments about to start and further more in the pipeline. They are currently using existing consultants and architects but would ideally like the appointed person to bring their relationships with them from their own network of contacts.
