Construction Administrator

A fantastic permanent job-opportunity has arisen for an immediate Construction Administrator/ Project Coordinator, to join a respected & highly desirable employer.

The employer is an award-winning UK-based main-contractor, with a very strong reputation in the construction industry. They are looking for an experienced candidate to work on a flagship major project in South London.

Duties:

  • Working with the Project Manager and the Senior Commercial Staff on site
  • Managing the incoming traffic via phones and emails
  • Organising the site office and the meeting rooms
  • Looking after and helping with site and workers permits
  • Assisting with meeting minutes and the distribution of said minutes to the site team
  • Making sure that all site documentation is up to date
  • Other duties as and when from the Site Team - Project Manager, Site Manager and Project QS

Essential Requirements:

  • Relevant Experience
  • Live locally
  • Have a driving license & car
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very strong IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Proactive and a "can do attitude"

Skills & Experience:

You will have experience working as an site secretary, project coordinator or similar roles within the construction industry.
