A unique opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Civil Engineering team in Leeds to help service our clients growing requirements.

We operate a 6-month fast track programme to promote our Trainee Consultants into Recruitment Consultants upon completion of our industry leading training and probation. You will be targeted on both your activity and sales

Salary: £17,000-19,000 pa + commission (£21,000-23,000 pa + uncapped commission upon completion of probation)

Day to day:
* Candidate resourcing
* Candidate meetings
* Lead generation
* Market analysis
* Negotiating
* Referencing
* CRM Management
* CV Writing
* Working closely with our Sales Support Manger to ensure candidates are fully compliant
* Supporting team members with availability of candidates
* Posting adverts
* Business planning
* General administration
