A unique opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team in London to help service our clients growing requirements.

We operate a 6-month fast track training programme to promote our Trainee Consultants into Recruitment Consultants upon completion of our industry leading training and probation. Day to day:

  • Sourcing Candidates
  • Candidate meetings & interviews
  • Lead generation & sales calls
  • Client visits & meetings
  • Market analysis
  • Negotiating Deals
  • Taking Employment References
  • CRM Management
  • CV Writing
  • Advertising vacancies
  • Working closely with our Sales Support Manger to ensure candidates are fully compliant
  • Supporting team members with availability of candidates
  • Posting adverts
  • Business planning
  • Supporting your team in recruitment activities

Requirements:

  • Preferably degree qualified or some form of higher education
  • 1-2 years sales experience, B2B or Recruitment
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • High Achiever
  • Ambitious & driven to succeed

Training & Development:

  • 0-16 Weeks; Training Academy, 6 Stages
  • 16+ Weeks; REC Accredited qualifications CertRP, DipRP
  • Job Shadowing
  • Daily 1to1 mentorship
  • Annual business & progression plan

Reward:
