Site Engineer Permanent North East

My client is a well-established national civil engineering contractor and due to an increased workload, they are looking to recruit a Site Engineer to join their team within the Highways Division. Due to the nature of the workload, they will be looking to recruit somebody who has experience working on large-scale Highway/ Civil projects.

The project will be a large £313m scheme bringing an upgrade to the A1 and surrounding Infrastructure between Morpeth to Ellingham. The project itself will be a 2 year project with further future operations penned in for the nearby areas.

The successful candidate will benefit from working on major highways projects across the North East.

Role

• Setting out: Earthworks, Drainage, Road Construction, Services, Associated Infrastructure
• Stringent Record Keeping / QA
• Proficient in AutoCAD / Produce Asbuilt Surveys
• Interpretation of technical drawings
• Working to RAMS
• Liaising with Designers / Internal teams and management of TQ's

Requirements

• BEng Civil Engineering or similar
• CSCS Card
• SMSTS & First Aid preferable
