Site Agent

My client is a well-established national civil engineering contractor and due to an increased workload, they are looking to recruit a Site Agent to join their team within the Highways Division. Due to the nature of the workload, they will be looking to recruit a Site Agent who has experience working on large-scale Highway/ Civil projects.

The project will be a £30m highways project in Leeds which will be running for the next 3 years, after this they have future works planned in the region which will keep the successful candidate local for the foreseeable future.

The appropriate candidate will be highly motivated and well organised demonstrating a good level of computer literacy and technical construction knowledge. This role will suit someone from an engineering background moving up to Site Agent through time served.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with commercial planning teams to develop budgets, forecasting and tracking all progress.
• Manage the package or works
• Work closely with key stakeholders and sub contractors
• Reviewing RAMS and safe systems of work

Requirements

• BEng Civil Engineering Desirable
• CSCS Card
• First Aid
• SMSTS or SSSTS or IOSH
• Should have good record-keeping skills & be computer literate
• Must have valid UK drivers license
