The business is seeking to employ an experienced Sales Administrator to help facilitate the ambitious 5 year growth plan and further develop the support function. There will be additional opportunities for this person to develop their career as the business grows, either in their current role or as new roles arise.

Sales Administrator

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for providing the team of consultants with comprehensive administrative support as they go about securing new business. The role is varied and interesting, and no two days are the same which requires the successful candidate to be organised, adopt a can-do attitude and always remain focused on delivering the best possible service to the team and external stakeholders.


  • Previous administrative experience in a recruitment/payroll/compliance environment - preferred
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly MS Word & Excel, any experience with recruitment database software, particularly Bullhorn will be advantageous
  • A professional manner
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Great attention to detail
  • Motivated, positive / can do attitude & adopt a growth mindset
  • Full Driving Licence (Office location: Arena Park, Tarn Lane, Scarcroft, LS17 9BF)

Typical Duties:

  • Offering day to day administrative support to your team
  • CV Formatting for London and Leeds offices
  • Answer incoming calls in a polite professional manner
  • Assist with the registration process for new candidates and clients in line with company compliance policies
  • Maintain CRM System in accordance with company policies
  • Ensure contracts have been sent to both candidates and clients prior to the start date
  • Assist managing the payroll process to ensure the workforce is paid in a timely manner each week
  • Manage IT administration
  • First line support to Senior Management team in all aspects of Office Management
  • Place orders for office supplies
  • Build and Maintain strong relations with internal & external teams
  • Collate and record meeting minutes
  • Creation of new vacancies on the CRM
