Our London office is currently inviting applications for a Recruitment Consultant opportunity in our successful civil engineering recruitment team.

• 1-2 years sales experience, in a B2B or Recruitment (preferred) setting
• An ambitious, entrepreneurial high-achiever who is self-motivated to succeed
• Be within easy commutable distance from EC3A 5AW

There are several opportunities and desks available at Unite People within the Civil Engineering team (Highways, Rail, Aviation, Water, Energy & Utilities). Typically, we recruit for the following job families;

• Management (Project Managers, Site Managers, Site Agents, Foremen, Directors)
• Engineering (Site Engineers, Senior Engineers, Section Engineers, Sub Agents)

The successful Recruitment Consultant will receive a highly-competitive base salary and commission payments in-line with our uncapped scheme which raises your earning potential beyond £70,000 by Year 3 (or sooner for highly successful recruiters).
