Position: Recruitment Consultant

Location: City of London, EC2N

Earnings:£50-60K Year 1 on-target-earnings

Package:£25K Salary, Uncapped Commission, Pension, Healthcare, corporate gym membership, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, birthday off work, regular incentives and teambuilding.

Recruitment Consultant

We are living in the busiest period of construction activity since the Victorian era, and the government has pledged to invest a further £500bn into our infrastructure via HS2 and other major initiatives. This has resulted in a huge demand for skilled candidates.

Your role as Recruitment Consultant will be to recruit for our existing clients, whilst also developing your own client and candidate portfolio. Recruiting professionals for some of the most prestigious construction projects in the world. You will be supported by the best team in the business and have every resource available to you to ensure you are empowered to succeed.

Recruitment Consultant's Duties:

  • 360 Degree recruitment process
  • Identify & Qualify: Source and approach potential candidates in a telephone-based environment, assessing their suitability against specific client-vacancy requirements
  • Resource: Utilise job boards, internal database and social media to find high quality professionals
  • Building and Developing relationships with new and existing clients
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities & generating leads
  • Business development, market research

Requirements:

  • You should hold a degree, professional qualification OR have 3+ years recruitment experience
  • You should have excellent verbal & written communication skills and a confident approach
  • Knowledge of the construction industry would be beneficial but not essential
  • You should be an outgoing individual with ambition and drive
  • You should be motivated by success, competition and career development
  • You should live within commutable distance of The City (EC2N 2AT).
