Unite People is working with an established, specialist infrastructure contractor to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to work with their commercial team on a full-time, salary basis in their Sheffield office, covering the Yorkshire region

As the Quantity Surveyor. You will be working with a privately owned company with a history of working on a portfolio of projects in with some of the nations largest developers. You will be working with an established team, that employs a number of Quantity Surveyors.

The successful candidate will be working with an established group of clients with an impressive order book already going forward into 2025.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining commercial controls on projects
• Monthly reporting
• Cost to complete
• Manage sub-contractor accounts
• Pricing and agreeing change
• Issuing of payment certificates
• Close liaison and collaborative team work with the project teams

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A relevant qualification is preferred
• Demonstrable working knowledge as a Quantity Surveyor
