Our client is a leader in the Civil Engineering and Construction Industry who are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the team working on an exciting New Project in Amsterdam.

Quantity Surveyor Package

• €65,000 to €80,000 DOE

Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:

• Managing the company cost ledger
• Procurement of materials
• Pricing the change orders
• Dealing with subcontractor orders and general paperwork
• Developing long term relationships with the client

Quantity Surveyor Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role
• Experience in the civils and utilities sector
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Accredited by (RICS) and or (CIOB)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Positive attitude
