Quantity Surveyor

Our tier 1 client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a £218 million concrete road framework. With up to 6 years of work with more opportunities in the pipeline, you can be assured longevity and growth within your role.

The client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor who, ideally, has previous experience working with Highways projects or large civil engineering projects.

Your role as a Quantity Surveyor:

• Establishing good relationships with the client's team
• Set up necessary systems with defined roles and responsibilities to efficiently file and retrieve information
• Overseeing all aspects of Subcontractor accounts
• Understand, manage, forecast, and communicate project costs
• Prepare monthly forecast and CVR reports.
• Provide explanation if changes in forecast

Experience needed/ideal:

• Previous experience with NEC highways/civils projects
• Previous experience as Quantity Surveyor
• Degree qualification (ideal)
