As they continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Highway Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team.

Job Description: As a Highway Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of highway construction projects, from inception to completion. You will be tasked with managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This role requires effective leadership, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage highway construction projects from inception to finish.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, and ensure they are adhered to.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
• Foster strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and control costs effectively.
• Ensure the project meets all quality standards and specifications.
• Resolve any project-related issues or disputes as they arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in highway construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction management software and project planning tools.
• Proven track record of successfully managing highway construction projects from inception to completion.
