I'm searching for an Office Manager on behalf of a Civil Engineering contractor in Leeds.

They require an experienced Office Manager, preferably from a Construction/Design background, to join their busy team providing administrative support and assistance in management of the tenders.

Duties include:

  • Reception Duties - Calls, Hosting, Mail
  • Administrative support to estimating team, and design team where time permits

Management of tender process:

  • Managing incoming tenders
  • Filing incoming tenders in line with OP21
  • Keeping tender register up-to-date
  • Downloading tender information from source and managing tender server
  • Telephone follow up calls of tenders submitted


  • Weekly reporting of Estimator's tenders
  • Weekly reporting of Estimator's time allocation on tenders
  • Weekly updates on changes to tender register


  • Assisting Tender team with completing of PQQ
  • Keeping Tender support documentation up-to-date on the tender server

Tender submissions:

  • Aiding in supply of information for tender submissions from sites/company resources
