I'm searching for an Office Manager on behalf of a Civil Engineering contractor in Leeds.
They require an experienced Office Manager, preferably from a Construction/Design background, to join their busy team providing administrative support and assistance in management of the tenders.
- Reception Duties - Calls, Hosting, Mail
- Administrative support to estimating team, and design team where time permits
Management of tender process:
- Managing incoming tenders
- Filing incoming tenders in line with OP21
- Keeping tender register up-to-date
- Downloading tender information from source and managing tender server
- Telephone follow up calls of tenders submitted
- Weekly reporting of Estimator's tenders
- Weekly reporting of Estimator's time allocation on tenders
- Weekly updates on changes to tender register
- Assisting Tender team with completing of PQQ
- Keeping Tender support documentation up-to-date on the tender server
- Aiding in supply of information for tender submissions from sites/company resources
