My client is a Tier 1 contractor who are looking for a General Foreman to join the team due to continued growth. They are looking for an experienced General Foreman with a background in delivering infrastructure projects and groundworks ideally.

The successful candidate will benefit from long term work (up to 24 months) on a major scheme in Leicester initially with further works scheduled for the surrounding area, the role is on a permanent basis.

The vacancy has come about due to a high volume of work and ambitions to further scale the business over the next few years.

Duties

• Reporting to a Site Agent / Project Manager
• Managing health & safety on site
• Toolbox Talks / Inductions
• Progress Reports
• Sub-contractor and direct labour Management

Your profile

• 3 years+ experience
• CSCS
• SMSTS / SSSTS
• First Aid
• Experience delivering Earthworks/Remediation, Roads, Highways etc.
• Committed, Enthusiastic, Strong work ethic, Independent thinker
