Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor

Unite People Civils is recruiting for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor in London, South East. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be required to undertake commercial duties on civil engineering projects.

As the Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be required to spend approximately 3 days per week in London, 2 days per week can be remote working

• Sub-contractor account management
• Monthly accounts
• Cost reporting
• Valuations, payment notices
• Early Warning notices and pricing Compensation Events
• NEC Forms of Contract Knowledge
