Unite People Civils is working with a privately owned contractor. The footprint of the business stretches through the UK. A Freelance Estimator in the West Yorkshire area is required to facilitate the on-going demand of enquiries the company is receiving

Day to day

• Estimate costs from first principles; including labour, equipment, and materials.
• Liaise with the bid team and operational teams
• Prepare detailed and comprehensive bid proposals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a civil engineering Estimator
• Proficient in reading construction plans and specifications.
• Strong analytic and mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
