Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Are you an AQS looking for your first step into freelancing or a freelancing AQS with 2+ years experience?

My client are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their site team working on highways and civils contracts across Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex.

This will be an office based role with the potential of some hybrid working.

Projects are both framework and individual stand alone schemes under framework agreements or NEC and JCT forms of contract.

Duties:

Responsible for commercial duties including payment assessments, invoicing, site instructions and raising new subcontracts and orders

Input into the monthly payment applications to the client

Assisting with subcontract procurement

Subcontract Management including cost updates to the commercial team

Input into the cash flow and forecast reporting
