Our client, a Tier 1 Main Contractor, require an experienced Administrator to join their Highways division. It's an exciting time to join as they currently have major projects in design phase, which will be going to site within the nexdt 12 months. This role will be for someone looking to work in a fast paced and challenging Construciton environment.

Roles and Responsibilites

* Attend any appropriate training courses

* General admin duties such as filling and copying

* Booking in visitors and showing them round

* Completing daily checklists, reports and forms

* Taking orders for supplies

* Answering phones

* Report any faults or maintenance issues to relevant manager

* Ensure emails are dealt with efficiently and any extra administrative support is provided

* Updating daily/weekly/monthly reports

* Manging the office diary and booking in meetings when required

* Adhere to health and safety procedures

* Dealing with day to day deliveries

* Being point of contact for everyone on site and off

* Supporting the site team/operatives
