I have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Site Manager with experience working on Steel Frame projects and associated external/internal packages to work with a large main contractor.

Site Manager:

You will come from a Construction Build background and have a proven track record of running steel frame industrial, distribution or large retail/supermarket projects from inception to completion. As a Site Manager you will report directly to the Project Manager and will be responsible for implementing programmes written by senior management, creating short term plans and managing the entire building process to the highest quality standards with exceptional health and safety. In addition to this, you will have back office duties such as progress reports, site diaries, reviewing RAMs/Method Statements, issuing permits and attending meetings.


  • CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid
  • Experience running JCT and NEC Contracts
  • Proven track record of delivering projects valued £15m - £20m from inception to completion
  • Exceptional levels of health and safety
  • Team player with a can-do attitude and a drive to get things done
  • Strong ICT Skills

You will be highly motivated and well organised demonstrating a high level of computer literacy and construction knowledge. This role will suit someone from a construction management background. Experience in the Commercial, Education, Health, Industrial and Residential sectors would be advantageous.
