An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager. Our client is a Main Contractor specialising in Commercial, Education, Health, Industrial and Residential developments and renowned for their excellent quality of work. They are seeking to employ an experienced Site Manager to join their team and run projects as number one on site, average project value £2m - £5m.

Site Manager:

You will come from a Construction Build background and have a proven track record of running JTC and NEC projects from inception to completion. Being number one on site you will be responsible for implementing programmes written by senior management, creating short term plans and managing the entire building process to the highest quality standards with exceptional health and safety.

Requirements:

  • CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid
  • Experience running JCT and NEC Contracts
  • Proven track record of delivering new build and refurbishment projects from inception to completion
  • Exceptional levels of health and safety
  • Team player with a can-do attitude and a drive to get things done
  • Strong ICT Skills

You will be highly motivated and well organised demonstrating a high level of computer literacy and construction knowledge. This role will suit someone from a construction management background. Experience in the Commercial, Education, Health, Industrial and Residential sectors would be advantageous.
