Senior Quantity Surveyor

Unite People Build is working with an established, privately owned, specialist refurbishment and fit-out contractor to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Mansfield. To work with their commercial team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will be working with a company, that partners with a number of clients in providing fit-out solutions. As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will also be required to mentor a Quantity Surveyor in your team

The successful candidate be working for a contractor that has been a diverse and interesting portfolio of works ranging from £50,000 to £3m in value

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Price packages from first principles

• Engaged in pre-start meetings & clients representatives
• Procurement, orders, payments
• CVR's
• Valuations
• Cashflow forecasting
• Final accounts
• Project financial reporting

Your background:

• Experience working for a construction interiors contractor preferred
