Project Manager - Groundworks

Project Manager - Sub-structure package - £330-360 per shift - 60 weeks - Slough

Unite People are working with one of London's fastest growing sub-contractors who are recruiting for a Project Manager to lead a £7m groundworks / sub-structure package flagship project near Slough.

The appropriate candidate will need to have a proven track record of delivering comparable schemes within budget whilst maintaining programme as well as high levels of health and safety on site.

Typical Duties will include:

• Planning / Programming
• Value Engineer with the Commercial team
• Procurement of Plant / Labour / Materials
• Sub-contract management
• Client liaision
• Briefings with supply chain and end client
• Risk analysis
• Compile and store records

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree or HND in Civil Engineer / Construction Management
• CSCS Card
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Track record of delivering comparable schemes
• Extensive IT skills
• Strong Engineering understanding
