Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor, Greater Manchester, North West

Unite People is recruiting for a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be required to undertake commercial duties on construction projects in the Greater Manchester area of the North West

As the Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be required to oversee projects of around £8m in value. Your experience and knowledge should include:

• Sub-contractor account management
• Monthly accounts
• Cost reporting
• Valuations, payment notices
• JCT form of Contract Knowledge
