Requirement: Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Rotherhithe, City Of London, South East

Engagement: Limited Company Contractor, Outside IR35

Type of work: Multi-storey residential construction

Duration: 9 months. Potential to extend

Rate: £400 to £420 per shift

Unite People is recruiting for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will be required to undertake commercial duties on a construction project in the City of London. Project based 3 to 4 days per week with some remote working. This assignment would suit a contractor seeking either a 4 day per week or 5 day per week assignment

As the Freelance Quantity Surveyor you will be required to work autonomously. Offering commercial support to the project and visiting Commercial Lead

• Sub-contractor account management
• Monthly accounts
• Identifying change, valuation and application
• Cost reporting
• Valuations, payment notices
• JCT form of Contract Knowledge
