Freelance Construction Planner

Unite People Build is a specialist construction recruitment solutions provider. Our client is recruiting for a Freelance Planner on the North Wales/ Cheshire border on a part-time basis, ideally 2 days per week.

Core Responsibilities

• Project Planning with site team.
• Maintain project schedules using ASTA
• Identify critical path activities and work the project team to mitigate potential delays
• Working with the QS team to understand impact of programme and changes to commercial aspects under NEC form of contracts.
• Create update reports
• Collaborate with internal and external teams

Your Background

• Experience as a Planner on construction projects ideally in contract using NEC.
• Working knowledge of ASTA
