Estimator Interiors / Fit-out

Unite People is working with a specialist privately owned contractor. An Estimator in the Mansfield area of the East Midlands region is required to facilitate the on-going demand of enquiries the company is receiving

The Opportunity

As an Estimator, you will have the opportunity to work on high-spec and interesting projects. Be able to engage with the board directors, to focus on work winning of viable profitable tender opportunities.

Day to day

• Estimate costs from first principles; including labour, equipment, and materials.
• Liaise with the Commercial and operational teams
• Prepare detailed and comprehensive bid proposals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an interiors / fit-out Estimator
• Proficient in reading construction plans and specifications.
• Strong analytic and mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
