Due Diligence

All our candidates are interviewed (preferably) face-to-face or over the telephone. Two professional references for each candidate will be made available with psychometric testing offered as standard for Senior Appointments. We will ensure that candidates are fully compliant and qualified to perform the duties within their role.


We aim to submit three relevant, vetted prospects with a summary sheet, two references and supporting CV, to be followed up with a telephone call to discuss in further detail.

Unite People will organise a meeting or a formal interview with the successful candidates at a time that suits both parties.


After the interview, your dedicated consultant will be in touch to discuss candidate feedback and agree on how to proceed.


Assuming the candidate is successful, we carry out a comprehensive & customised on-boarding process to ensure a smooth transition for both you and the candidate.


We will agree a contact plan to keep in touch with you as well as the appointed candidate to make certain that both parties are happy with the new appointment.
