We want to give back to our people by incentivising and rewarding performance, we will give top performers / team’s access to our Executive Club which is an elite gathering held on a quarterly basis. The idea is to invigorate a level of healthy competition between peers, bettering one’s personal performances as well as stimulate team work across the business.
The Incentive is released on the first working day of each Quarter and will take place the last week of each quarter and ranges from away days UK wide to dining at some of London’s finest restaurant, to Comedy shows and in some cases an oversea excursion.

We offer structured training regimes on initiation and upon promotion as well as con tenuous on desk training offering real time advice, tricks and tips, and how to improve efficiencies to make you a better recruiter.
Our industry leading Training Academy encapsulates the fundamental basics of recruitment through to strategic management tools and organisational / self-development skills which will help you develop into a better business person.
Unite People’s Academy provides a comprehensive and bespoke training programme using real life examples, problems and challenges our people are likely to encounter on a daily basis.
We hold 2 annual conferences to keep our people updated on wider business progress. It is a chance for everyone in the business to celebrate our successes, celebrate team and individual performances and highlight key improvements that will make our business the best in its class. This will then be followed by an exclusive party for all involved to let their hair down and enjoy the Unite hospitality – remember, we work hard and we play hard!
Both conferences will be away from our usual office environment and will be held at a more salubrious location to thank everyone for all their hard work during that part of the year.
