Site Manager (Nights)

I am currently recruiting for a Freelance Site Manager on a 5 month contract working night shifts on a highways improvement scheme in Chester.

The successful candidate will have experience working on highway schemes and experience of managing a site.

As Freelance Site Manager you will be responsible for;

• Maintaining detailed and accurate site reports
• Coordinating with subcontractors
• Ensuring project compliance with regulations and quality standards
• Monitoring progress
• Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders
• Ensuring construction activities carried out to a high health and safety standard

As Freelance Site Manager, you will have the following experience and qualifications;

• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Computer Literate and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication
