Freelance Site Manager

Unite People Build is working with a client that requires a Freelance Site Manager in Leeds, West Yorkshire. The project is at finishing stage. You will be one of a team of Site Managers in Leeds. Focused on the internals delivery of the scheme. Ideally you will have experience working on large scale, multi-storey accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage contractors to deliver a quality finish in-line with the programme
• Develop thorough understanding of resource allocation.
• Attend meetings, ensuring effective communication with the site team
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
• Provide regular project updates to the project team
• Proactively identify and address potential project risks
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones and final delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager
• CSCS, First Aid, SMSTS
• Knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
